On behalf of Darden’s Wine and Cuisine Club, I am pleased to invite you to attend “From Farm to Table: Trends in Sustainability & Innovation”, an MBA conference which explores sustainability practices and entrepreneurial initiatives within the food & beverage sector. Among Darden’s largest student clubs, the Wine and Cuisine Club is focused on promoting the appreciation for and enjoyment of fine wine, beverages, and cuisine from around the globe. Through our annual conference, we expand our efforts to include information and resources for students with both personal and professional interests in these industries.

The conference will take place on Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. The conference will feature a keynote address, panel presentations, industry break-out sessions, and a cocktail reception. These events will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn more about the industry, its products and brands, and to network with industry insiders.
